The lofts offer direct access to over 40 restaurants, shops, and local businesses. A parking lot in the rear allows you to enjoy city living without the hassle of finding parking.  

All Brent Loft guests have access to the fitness center, located on the 2nd floor. The center features two full service bathrooms and various cardio machines and weights.

Located on the third floor, the Sky Lounge is the perfect place to wind down... or get your night started! The lounge is accessible by all guests of the short-term rental. 

Each unit of the Brent Lofts is stocked with Marriot spec bed and bath linens, while travel-sized amenities are displayed in each bathroom. Some of our units come stocked with coffees, creamers, and sugars. 

Just outside of one of the Brent Loft entrances in the Breezeway, a collection of retail shops and restaurants and direct access to Palafox. Featured businesses include The Hue Spa, Easy Going Records, Rocket to Saturn Vintage, 86 Forks Bar + Table, First City Bee Company, and Express Mobile Tech. 

Safety is no compromise while staying in the heart of Downtown. The lofts are secured with a state of the art Yale lock system, which provides access via a phone app or key card. Guests of the Lofts will have access to all ground floor entrances, the gym, the sky lounge, and their unit. 

Just to the back of the Brent Lofts is lot P2811, where guests of the Lofts can stay for a discounted rate. The parking lot provides direct, secure access to the Lofts and is under video surveillance at all times. 

There are three entrances to the Lofts- one on Palafox, one in the Breezeway, and one from the parking lot. Bellhop carts are ready for use. While there is a stunning staircase leading to the upper floors, an elevator is present as well for easy access.
